Cheyenne Police Seeking Assault Suspect

Cheyenne Police are looking for 29-year-old Brice Carter in reference to an aggravated assault that occurred in May 2013.Carter is 5’08”, 170 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes. Carter also has a misdemeanor warrant for Failure to Appear.
