Cheyenne Police Respond to A Suspicious Incident On Central

Cheyenne police responded to a suspicious incident shortly after 4:10 Monday. A police car was traveling southbound on Central Avenue when the officer saw a baga sitting in an alley near Starbucks. The area was blocked off until officers could determine what was in the bag. Police Department Spokesman Dan Long says the bag was removed from the area and it turned out it contained jumper cables.
