A spokesman for the Cheyenne Police Department is reminding people that a total of $10,000 in reward money is being offered for information about a double homicide that was committed on July 20.

Officer Dan Long says the department has been getting questions about the amount of the reward and wanted to clarify the issue. The double homicide took the lives of 67-year-old Dwight Brockman and 76-year-old George Manley at The Coin Shop, a West Lincolnway business owned by Brockman.

Cheyenne Police Chief Brian Kozak recently warned anyone withholding information on the case that authorities would ''come down hard" on them.

Long on Wednesday said detectives were continuing to work on the case, but gave no other specific details on the progress of the investigation. Police have released two different sketches of the alleged suspect in the shooting deaths, the second of which can be seen above.

Police have said they believe the killer was a Hispanic man standing between 5'6 and 5'8.
