Cheyenne Police Investigating Vending Machine Thefts

The Cheyenne Police Department wants to know who is taking money from Pepsi vending machines.

Spokesman Officer Dan Long says someone has been taking money from the machines for the past two months. He says whoever is taking the money has so far focused on outdoor vending machines, taking both coins and paper money.

Anyone with information on the thefts is being asked to call the Silent Witness hotline at 638-TIPS. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.
