Cheyenne Police Investigating Theft/Fraud Case

Cheyenne Police are trying to find out who stole a credit card at Sam's Club on May 31.

The card was later used to make purchase at another store. The card was taken from a purse or wallet at Sam's Club.

Spokesman officer Dan Long says a white woman and a black man are suspected of stealing the credit card from a wallet or purse. The crime happened around 5-5:30 pm.

Long says police haven't identified the suspects, but are asking anyone with information on the case to call either the Cheyenne Police Department at 637-6510 or the Silent Witness tipline at 638-TIPS.

People who call the tipline may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward,
