Cheyenne Police Detectives arrested a man who is believed to be involved in a hit and run crash involving a woman and child. Willis Lambertson, 43, of Barrington, IL, was arrested Tuesday at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center by Cheyenne Police Detectives. Lambertson was arrested on attempted second degree murder and aggravated assault charges. He was later booked into the Laramie County Detention Center. Lambertson is believed to have been driving a vehicle on January 8 that struck a 26-year-old female, who was pushing her 7-month-old baby in a stroller.
