Stephen Rucker
Cheyenne Police Department

A spokesman for the Cheyenne Police Department has announced the arrest of a 25 year old Cheyenne man in connection with an attempted first degree murder in Commerce City, Colorado.

Officer Dan Long says Stephen Rucker Jr. was arrested in the 3900 block of East 12th Street on Friday. The Commerce City Police Department had provided Cheyenne Police with a vehicle description for Rucker’s car, leading to the arrest. In addition to the Colorado homicide warrant, Long says Rucker also had three misdemeanor Laramie County warrants.
