Cheyenne Man Shoots Hand At Walmart

A Cheyenne man suffered a minor hand injury when a gun he was handling accidentally went off in the parking lot of the Del Range Walmart store Friday night, according to a spokesman for the Cheyenne Police Department.

The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. Friday, and the spokesman described the hand injury as a 'nick."

The victim, who's name was not released, was treated and released at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center
