Cheyenne Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash

A 28-year-old Cheyenne man is dead following a Saturday morning motorcycle accident.

Cheyenne Police Department spokesman Officer Kevin Malatesta says Cameron Roudebush was headed south on Central Avenue between Yellowstone Road and 8th Avenue around 5 a.m., when he failed to negotiate a sweeping right turn and struck the median.

Roudebush, who was not wearing a helmet, fell from his bike and died on scene.

"All fatal crashes receive thorough investigations to account for speeds and driver impairment as well as any other factors which could have caused the crash," said Malatesta. "The accident investigations can take several weeks to process."

Malatesta says no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
