A 23 year old Cheyenne man has been bound over for trial on Aggravated Vehicular homicide charges in connection with the death of a Casper man  early on November 30.

Prosecutors say Gairet North of Cheyenne killed 31 year old Todd Kincade of Casper by running into him with his car on November 30 at the Hobby Lobby parking lot in Cheyenne. That incident allegedly grew out of a confrontation at the Cadillac Ranch Bar in Cheyenne between Kincade  and a couple of other men. Kincade allegedly got into another confrontation with North and at least one other man at the parking light at Nationway and Ridge Roads.

That allegedly led to the fight at the Hobby Lobby parking lot. Accounts of that altercation vary as to whether Kincade jumped on the hood of North's car and was thrown off or whether North ran him down. Cheyenne Police were called to the scene around 2am, and Kincade was transported to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead several hours later.

Aggravated Vehicular Homicide under Wyoming law carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. North has posted his $10,000 bond in the case and is currently free pending trial.
