A 37-year-old Cheyenne man is behind bars after police say he fired a gun at another man.

Officer Kevin Malatesta says police were called to 3618 Cheyenne Street around 7:30 p.m. last (Tuesday) night, after Joshua Osban got into an argument with several people outside of the residence.

"As Osban left, he fired a pistol from his truck back at Christopher Cash," said Malatesta. "Nobody was injured, nobody was struck by the bullet."

"Officers were able to locate Osban a short time later and transported him to the Laramie County Jail for booking," Malatesta added.

Osban was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault and felony possession of methamphetamine. He has yet to make his initial court appearance.
