Cheyenne Little Theatre Runs ‘Best Little Whorehouse in Texas’ Through October 12
Have you seen 'Best Little Whorehouse in Texas'?
The Cheyenne Little Theatre Players are presenting the 1978 musical about the Chicken Ranch in La Grange at the Mary Godfrey Playhouse, Pershing Blvd. and Windmill Rd., through Sunday, October 12.
Tickets for the Thursday, October 2, performance are only $10, get them while they last. Shows run on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 and Sunday matinees start at 2 p.m.
The show is directed by Brenda Lyttle and includes lots of local talent. Take a look at the cast list and see how many names you recognize.
'Best Little Whorehouse in Texas' is recommended for those 16 and older because the show contains adult themes, language and situations.
The musical won 2 Tony Awards and was turned into a 1982 motion picture starring Dolly Parton and Burt Reynolds.
