Are you hungry for some live theatre?

The Cheyenne Little Theatre Players are presenting 'James & The Giant Peach' at the historic Atlas Theatre March 3-6 and 10-13.

You've possibly read the book by Roald Dahl, or seen the movie 'James and the Giant Peach,' well, starting this weekend you can see the Cheyenne Little Theatre production at the Atlas Theatre, 211 W. Lincolnway. Performances are the weekends of March 3-6 and 10-13. Showtimes are at 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays with Sunday matinees beginning at 2 p.m.

Tickets for the Thursday, March 10, show are only $10. Prices for other performances are $22 for adults, $18 for seniors, $16 for students and $12 for kids 12 and under. Call 638-6543 for more information. A portion of the proceeds from 'James & The Giant Peach' will be donated to a local charity.

The cast of 'James & The Giant Peach' includes some memorable characters:

In this family-friendly show, the audience becomes the tourists led to a fascinating giant peach stone in the heart of New York City. The show features puppetry as well as storytelling and live performances. The show is directed by Amy Threewitt and Shelly Russell.

If you're interested in getting up on stage yourself, auditions for 'August Osage County' will be on March 14 and 15, at 6:30 in the Mary Godfrey Playhouse.
