Several children in a van from IYAH Learning Center in Cheyenne were treated and released from a local hospital following a Tuesday rollover on Interstate 80, according to a release from the learning center.

The release says the van slid off an exit ramp and rolled onto the off-ramp shoulder.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol and ambulances from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center were called to the scene, which was at milepost marker 357, the Roundtop Road exit, west of Cheyenne.

Brandon Kramer, who owns the learning center, told Townsquare Media the accident happened around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Kramer said the van had 12 passengers plus the driver, all of whom were treated and released from CRMC.

The release says all of the passengers in the van were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the accident. The center has also canceled all field trips for the rest of the summer while it evaluates how they will be handled in the future.
