Cheyenne Gas Station Robbed at Knife Point

Police are looking for two men who robbed a Cheyenne gas station at knife point late Saturday night.

"Two Hispanic males came into the Loaf 'N Jug at 3920 E. 12th Street," said Cheyenne Police Department spokesman Officer Kevin Malatesta.

"Both individuals were armed with fixed-blade knives," added Malatesta. "They threatened the clerk working at the store and then proceeded to steal some merchandise and left the area."

Malatesta says both of the men are fairly tall and weigh approximately 200 pounds. One has an athletic build and long hair and the other is skinny with curly hair.

"There is surveillance footage from the robbery, but the individuals were wearing bandannas over their faces so there's really no evidence that we can put out to the public," said Malatesta.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the Cheyenne Police Department.
