Cheyenne Fireworks Show Will Go On As Scheduled

Cheyenne Frontier Days and the City of Cheyenne will move forward with the planned Fourth of July celebration scheduled at Frontier Park.

The schedule is as follows:

5:30 p.m.           Frontier Park opens

6:00 p.m.           Music by Country Club Band

7:30 p.m.           Intermission

8:00 p.m.           Tops In Blue – The Air Force’s Premier Entertainment Showcase

9:35 p.m.           Fireworks

“These fireworks are being controlled by professionals. They take all necessary precautions to make sure this event will go on as planned without incident,” said Cheyenne Fire & Rescue Chief James Martin. “We will have the normal number of fire crews at the park as and if needed.”

All events are free to the public. Parking is free. Fireworks other than this professional show are not permitted on Frontier Park.
