Tonight in college football, redshirt freshman quarterback Nick Smith will start for The Wyoming Cowboys (1-7) at Utah State. Last night in pro football, the New England Patriots came out with a 7-0 record after beating Miami like a red headed step child with acne at a family reunion. 36 – 7. Only 4 other teams are unbeaten going into this weekend. Two of those teams will go head to head for Sunday Night Football as one of the best offenses in the league goes up against thee best defense. Green Bay is favored by 3 as they take on the Broncos.
If you need tickets, they’re sold out of course, but that doesn’t stop the secondary sellers who are getting anywhere from $300 to $4,000. The problem is that there are a lot of counterfeit tickets for Broncos games. Last game, there were 12 counterfeit ticket holders that got burned. What a bummer, getting there, paying for parking only to get turned away at the gate. Buy your tickets from someone you know.
And with the high price some are asking, imagine the big screen TV you could get.
The Broncos will also be honoring their ailing owner, Pat Bowlen, suffering from Alzheimer's, by installing his name in the ring of fame.
