A 2014 Cheyenne East grad, cowboy'd up at the National Finals Rodeo.

In his first National Finals Rodeo appearance, Brody Cress, a Hillsdale resident, 2014 Cheyenne East HS grad, and 2017 Cheyenne Frontier Days champ, entered at #6, and walked out as #2 in the Saddle Bronc Riding.

He missed the world title by $2,651.77, which compared to the $282,286.61 he won during 2017, is almost pocket change.

Cress is also a 3-time Wyoming High School wrestling state champ, and won the aggregate title at the 2017 NFR.
