Wondering how your team's doing at the State Tournament?

Here are Thursday's results for Cheyenne's high school teams playing in the State Basketball Tournament in Casper and the schedule for Friday's games.The girl's teams for both Cheyenne Central and East won in the first round of action at Casper College on Thursday, March 12, according to WyoPreps.com.

The Lady Indians edged Casper Kelly Walsh after Emily Evans was fouled on a 3-point shot at the buzzer. She made two high-pressure free throws to push Central to victory 33-32. The Indians move on to face Gillette at 6 p.m. on Friday at the Casper Events Center.

The East Lady Thunderbirds defeated Rock Springs 40-30 on Thursday, so they will play Sheridan in the semi-finals, tip off is set for 6 p.m on Friday, March 13.

The Cheyenne boy's teams didn't fare as well. Casper Natrona downed Central 46-43 on Thursday, so the Indians will play Sheridan at noon in a consolation game on Friday.

Riverton defeated the East T-Birds 54-47 on Thursday, to set up a Friday consolation game against Evanston at 1:30 p.m. The losers are out of the tournament.
