Cheyenne Frontier Days will sponsor a Cowboy Ethics program at the Cheyenne Boys and Girls Club in 2014.

Club spokeswoman Baylie Evans says CFD is spending $20.000 to make the course available to club members. The Cowboy Ethics program is based on the book “Cowboy Ethics” by James Owens.
