Cell Phones Will be Banned In Casper Judicial Building [AUDIO]

The public will no long be able to bring cell phones into Casper's Judicial building after January 1st. A 28 year old Rock Springs man accused of sexually abusing a minor has been sentenced to four separate life prison terms.
