Final Supect Pleads Guilty In Hitching Post Fire

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) A New Mexico man has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit arson in the fire that destroyed the main building of the Hitching Post Inn, a landmark hotel in Cheyenne.
