Denbury Resources Inc. has announced plans to purchase the Riley Ridge methane and helium plant, which is under construction south of Big Piney. Amy Richards has details. Judge Orders Lease Decision Deadline (AUDIO)
A judge has ruled that the U-S Interior Department must abide by a deadline in the Mineral Leasing Act to either issue or deny oil and gas leases within 60 days of selling them at auction. New Concealed Weapons Law Starts Friday [Audio]

Wyoming Secretary of State Max Maxfield says a Reuters report released yesterday does not paint an accurate picture of how the state is dealing with business incorporation companies.
