Casper Natrona kept their unbeaten record in 2012 intact, blanking Cheyenne East 30-0 in Class 4A playoff action in Casper Friday night. The Mustangs kept the Thunderbirds (7-4)  from scoring even though Cheyenne East's offense far exceeded their 56 yards of total offense against Natrona in a regular season 34-2 Mustang victory. This time East rolled up 244 yards of offense, but an inability to score points doomed the Thunderbirds. Natrona also got a big night from running back Josh Flanigan, who rushed for 171 yards and three touchdowns and caught three passes for 68 yards and another score. The Mustangs will now play Gillette, which defeated Sheridan 35-16, in the state 4A title game. That game is scheduled for Saturday, November 10 in Laramie.
