Casper Company Assumes Lease for UW Plaza [AUDIO]

A Casper based development company has purchased a University of Wyoming ground lease and aims to revitalize a retail development on the east end of the campus. Wyoming is one of 19 states that allows schools to paddle students as a disciplinary measure.
