Casper City Council Gives Inital Approval to Open Carry Ban [AUDIO]

Former state legislator and Wyoming Supreme Court Chief Justice Walter C. Urbigkit died Monday at the Davis Hospice Center in Cheyenne. Doug Randall reports.
