Car/Bicycle Crash Sends Woman to Hospital

Cheyenne Police say they are continuing their investigation into a collision between a car and a bicycle that sent an unidentified woman to the hospital Tuesday afternoon.

According to a press release from the Cheyenne Police Department the collision happened around 3pm Tuesday in the 600 Block of East Lincolnway. Investigators say it appears the 32 year old female bicyclist was attempting to cross East Lincolnway on her bike when she was struck by a vehicle. According to the release, she was transported by ambulance to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, where her current condition is unknown. Police have so far not released the name of either the bicyclist or the motorist involved in the collision.
