The Wyoming Secretary of State's Office reminds all non-federal candidates, candidate committees, political action committees (PACs), and organizations that state law requires them to submit a campaign finance Receipt Report by Tuesday, October 30, 2012, seven days before the General Election.   State Elections Director Peggy Nighswonger says  Statewide candidates, candidate committees, and PACs are required to file their campaign finance reports electronically with the Secretary of State.  Nighswonger says the electronic filing system ensures that financial disclosure reports are available to the public immediately after candidates and committees post them.

Candidates for county or municipal offices file their financial disclosure reports with the county clerk.  Campaign Finance Reports for candidates running for federal office, such as U.S. House of Representatives or U.S. Senate, may be viewed on the Federal Election Commission’s (FEC) website at www.fec.gov.
