The Boys and Girls Club of Cheyenne is offering classes on how to prepare budget-friendly nutritious meals, according to spokeswoman Baylie Evans. She says the club has partnered with the ''Cent$ible Nutrition program through the University of Wyoming to offer the classes, which she says are aimed at helping people on a tight budget prepare health meals that are not overly expensive. She says topics covered in the classes include basic cooking skills as well how to budget for groceries without spending a lot of money. Evans says people can sign up for the classes by buying a membership in the Cheyenne Boys and Girls Club, which she says can be purchased for $10 a year.
