Broker Selected for Forest Service Parcel in Jackson

The Bridger-Teton National Forest continues work on the conveyance of 10-acres of the approximately 15-acre North Cache Administrative Site located in Jackson, WY. Spokeswoman Mary Cernicek says the Forest advertised for Real Estate Brokerage Services beginning April 8 and has selected a local Brokerage Firm. Sotherby’s International Realty has been awarded the contract for the Brokerage Services.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to reconstruct facilities identified in the 2012 Decision Notice including the remodel of the Forest Supervisor’s Office, warehouse, and the conversion of the Jackson District Office into housing for temporary employees. Additional facilities will be constructed at the Cottonwood Administrative site.
