BOPU Recognized for Financial Reporting

The City of Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities has received the Certificate of Achievement  for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada. BOPU spokesman Clint Bassett says it's the 34th consecutive year the BOPU has been recognized with the award, adding the board considers it a priority to make sure customers can see exactly how the agency spends it's money.
