Going to be a HOT 4th of July in more ways than one! Here's your handy dandy firework show guide for Cheyenne and the surrounding area:

CHEYENNE: Live music at Frontier Park Arena. The park opens at 5:30 p.m.; fireworks begin at 9:35 p.m. Aside from food available for purchase from vendors, the event is free. Frontier Park is located just west of Carey Avenue. For more information, call Cheyenne Frontier Days at 778-7200.

GREELEY: Greeley Stampede. After the motor sports racing spectacular at Stampede Arena, and depending on weather, fireworks start at 10 p.m. Cost for entrance to the park is based on age. Guests ages 13-60 it is $5. Ages 6-12 and over 61 it is $2. Ages under 6 get in free.

FORT COLLINS: City Park. Begins at dusk and shot over City Park Lake. The City of Fort Collins provides a spectacular fireworks show at City Park at 9:35 p.m. It is free and open to the public. There is also live music that starts at 6 p.m. with Fierce Bad Rabbit and the Fort Collins Symphony

LARAMIE: Fire in the Sky fireworks display will be at 10:00PM on Friday, July 4th unless the prevailing weather conditions prevent the show. In case of inclement weather, the show will be held July 5th. The display will again be launched from the parking lot of the Aragon Softball Complex near 22nd and Armory Road.
