The Wyoming Beef Council [WBC] will hold a board meeting in Casper on Tuesday, January 13th.

The agenda includes changes to the WBC strategic plan as well as discussion of rules changes and a look at accomplishments. The meeting is scheduled for 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Casper Holiday Inn at 721 Granite Peak Drive.

The WBC is a five-member board of beef producers who work on behalf of Wyoming's cattle growers to increase demand for beef.

The organization is funded through a $1 per head beef checkoff collected on all Wyoming cattle when they are sold.
