Wyoming Senator John Barrasso says he is concerned that President Obama’s plan to withdraw all American troops from Iraq by the end of the year may be motivated by political considerations rather than sound military thinking. The Wyoming Division of Parks, Historic Sites and Trails has federal money available for trail-related projects across Wyoming. Amy Richards has details.
