The Sweetwater County Sheriff's Department is asking for help from the public in it's investigation into the death of a Utah police officer near Green River last week.

Cheyenne Police Arrest 7 In Meth Sweep

Cheyenne Police Chief Brian Kozak says local police arrested 7 people on Monday in connection with a regional methamphetamine investigation in southeast Wyoming and Colorado.

Kozak says both the federal Drug Enforcement Administration as well as the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and a number of local law enforcement agencies across the two states cooperated in the investigation

House Fire Causes 20k in Damage

Laramie County Fire  District#2 firefighters were called to a house fire at 2509 Champion Drive around 11am Thursday, according to district#2 spokesman Lew Simpson.

He says several people had called 911 to report the side of the house was on fire and the rest of the home was threatened
