Have you participated in Cheyenne's Art, Design & Dine?

On the second Thursday of each month, from April through December, Art, Design & Dine displays the works of a wide variety of local artists at venues all around the Cheyenne area.

Art, Design & Dine runs from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, at 11 venues around Cheyenne. The free intown art tour features various types of artwork, music and food, here are a few of the highlights of this month's tour:

  • CRAZY BIKES by Jason Newman will be on display at the Hynds Building while music on vintage albums is provided by the Knights of the Turntable.
  • The Morris House Bistro on Warren Ave. will provide the Taste of the Tour and display art of local oil painter Cesil Burnett and fiber artist Philipa Lack.
  • Deselm's Fine Art, 303 E. 17th St., will feature art by award winning painter Renee Piskorski.
  • The Art Corner Co-op, 122 E. Lincolnway, has music by Mark Allen and Indian and Mayaysian food served by The Curry Leaf.
  • The Flydragon Design Art Studio, 1822 E. 16th St., will feature oil paintings by Cheyenne artist Porsha Brendle (you can also meet the artist). Treats will be provided by Kennison's Katering.

Get out and support all of our local artists and enjoy a summer evening from 5 to 8 p.m. in Cheyenne. Much of the artwork on display is also available for sale.
