Army Corp Backs Off Full Environmental Review For Coal Ports [AUDIO]

In written testimony submitted Tuesday to the House Committee on energy and commerce, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers announced the agency will not undertake a full Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for permit applications for coal ports in Washington and Oregon. The Wyoming Mining Association is holding their annual convention in Sheridan this week. Doug Randall has the details.
