APHIS To Issue Proposed New Online Pet Store Rules [AUDIO]

Wyoming’s top oil and gas regulator says the companies involved in a natural gas well blowout in eastern Wyoming last month won’t face any fines. Doug Randall reports.  The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) will soon unveil its proposal to revise the definition of a retail pet store..
