A 22-year-old Cheyenne man facing multiple felony charges for his alleged role in several home burglaries has waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

According to court documents, Jesus Gracia allegedly helped Rodrigo Martinez burglarize five Cheyenne homes in early December.

Gracia reportedly told police that he would wait in his Jeep while Martinez committed the burglaries and that Martinez would give him some of the money from the burglaries.

Police say Gracia and Martinez also admitted to giving several guns that were stolen in the burglaries to Erick Orozco.

Gracia is charged with five counts of accessory, aid and abet and a single count of wrongful disposal of property. He could face up to 60 years in prison if convicted on all six counts.
