The " Alcohol and Crime in Wyoming in Wyoming 2012 " report was released Wednesday in Cheyenne. The report contains an analysis of alcohol arrest information collected in all 23 counties in Wyoming from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.

The report shows that alcohol was involved in about 72.1 percent of all custodial arrests. Byron Oedekoven, Executive Director ot the Wyoming Association of Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police, says the report quantifies how much time and money law enforcement deals with alcohol abuse.

Oedekoven says they also had the Wyoming Survey and Analysis Center (WYSAC) conduct and alcohol attitude survey, which shows that an overwhelming number of Wyoming Residents said they want underage drinking and DUI laws enforced.
