There are many cities and towns across America that attract residents to them, and for different reasons. But what is it about Cheyenne, Wyoming that draws us?  Here are 5 great reasons, and of course there are more, to live in around Cheyenne Wyoming. The way of life, regional access and a bunch of other stuff, make it a great city to live in.

  1. Over All Quality Of Life - You get the best of both worlds living in Cheyenne. You are either living in the city, and close enough to the country or you live in the country and live close enough to enjoy the city.
  2. The Unemployment Rate - Cheyenne has been blessed with consistently staying below the national average unemployment rate. And if you've noticed, the new Wal-Mart is here, new hotels being built, and a host of other businesses are establishing themselves here in the Capital City. That means jobs!
  3. Riding Horses - Your kids can still ride their horses to school, if they wish. As a matter of fact, you can pretty much ride a horse most places in Cheyenne. When the weather is good, don't be surprised if you see someone riding horse back in, around or through Cheyenne.
  4. Clean Air - With having a low population density, that means less air pollution. And we like it like that. I know people complain about the wind, but the air is clean and that makes a difference.
  5. Traffic Jams - What traffic jams? It's funny how you might get a weather report on the radio, but you almost never hear about morning and after noon traffic in Cheyenne. If you do, it's probably due to road construction or an accident.
