2015 Cheyenne Frontier Days: The Cheyenne Gunslingers [VIDEO]

There's nothing that depicts the old west like a good, old fashioned gun fight. The Cheyenne Gunslingers have officially kicked off their gun fight this month.

The term "gunslinger" or gun fighter, has been used to describe men who inhabited the American Old West. They had a reputation of being dangerous, criminal and, in some cases, deadly. These were the guys who settled their disagreements with a gun.

The Cheyenne Gunslingers are a great way to entertain audiences and give you a taste of what might have been in the days of Conestoga Wagons, horses, town doctors and banks, susceptible to a robbery.

You'll see all this and more at Gunslinger Square, located in Cheyenne at the corner of Pioneer and 15th Street.

Come out ready for guys and gals that will take you back to those thrilling days of yesteryear, when some lawmen settled their differences with a gun and where justice could be served with a proper hanging.
