2 Arrested In Cheyenne Biker Confrontation
A spokesman for the Cheyenne Police Department says two men were arrested and several minor injuries were reported Wednesday evening in connection with a disturbance involving members of two motorcycle clubs at 12th and Logan Streets.
Officer Dan Long says approximately 17 people were involved in the altercation, including members of both the Iron Order Motorcycle Club and the Los Lobos Motorcycle Club. Long says the location is near the Iron Order's clubhouse, but exactly what caused the conflict remains under investigation.
He says police arrested 53 year old David Burleski of Cheyenne on a fighting charge, and 53 year old Timothy Hougardy on a charge of Carrying a Concealed Weapon (a knife). Long says it's unknown whether the two men are affiliated with either club. Long says members of both clubs were wearing club insignias in the incidentt, which was reported around 8:30 pm.
